Zoanga Design & Print (Zoanga, we, us, or our) operates zoanga.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you browse our website, create an account, place an order, upload artwork, request design services, arrange pickup or delivery, contact us, or otherwise use our services.

Information we collect

Contact and account information. We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, account login details, and communication preferences.

Order and service information. We collect details about the products or services you order, quantities, sizes, customization choices, pickup or delivery selections, recipient information, gift messages, event or subscription details, and communications about your order.

Artwork and design information. For printing and custom-design orders, you may upload artwork, logos, photographs, documents, or other files and provide business names, websites, colors, text, design instructions, and related content. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to complete your order. You are responsible for having permission to provide the content you submit.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider presented at checkout. Zoanga receives transaction details such as payment status, amount, and limited payment-method information, but we do not receive or store your complete card number.

Website and device information. When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, cookie identifiers, and information used for security, fraud prevention, analytics, and site performance.

How we use information

• Process payments and complete, customize, produce, ship, deliver, or prepare orders for pickup.
• Create and manage customer accounts.
• Communicate about orders, artwork approvals, design instructions, deliveries, subscriptions, customer support, and service updates.
• Provide requested printing, flowers and gifts, event, and flower-subscription services.
• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
• Prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and payment disputes.
• Maintain business, tax, accounting, and transaction records and comply with legal obligations.
• Send promotional communications when you have requested them or when otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business and provide requested services, including to:

• Payment providers, including Stripe, for payment processing, fraud prevention, refunds, and disputes.
• Website and technology providers, including WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, analytics, security, email, and customer-support providers.
• Delivery and shipping providers, including Shipday, assigned drivers, carriers, and local delivery partners, so they can pick up, route, track, and deliver an order. Recipient names, addresses, telephone numbers, delivery instructions, and relevant order details may be shared for this purpose.
• Production and service partners when a printing, fulfillment, or other service must be completed with a trusted third party. We share only information reasonably needed to fulfill the order.
• Professional advisers and authorities when required to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or customers, investigate fraud or security issues, or enforce our agreements.
• A successor business in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

Cookies and analytics

Zoanga uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for shopping-cart functions, checkout, account login, security, and saved preferences. We may also use analytics tools to understand site traffic and improve performance. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies, but some shopping, checkout, or account features may not work properly if necessary cookies are disabled.

Artwork, photographs, and uploaded files

Uploaded files are used to review, design, proof, produce, and support your order. They may be accessible to Zoanga staff and, when necessary, trusted production providers involved in completing the order. We do not use customer artwork or photographs for unrelated advertising without permission. Files may be retained with the order record for reprints, support, dispute resolution, or legal and accounting purposes, and may be deleted when no longer reasonably needed.

Delivery and recipient information

If you order flowers, gifts, printing, or another item for someone else, you may provide that person’s name, delivery address, telephone number, and message. We use this information only to prepare, coordinate, and complete the delivery, address delivery problems, and maintain necessary transaction records. Please provide recipient information only when you are authorized to do so.

How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, support reorders, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy tax, accounting, legal, and security obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
